Weekly Layout by Susan

This Weekly Layout was designed by Susan our Swap Hostess. I loved her use of two by two pictures. Very clever Susan! Paper was Bazzill Cardstock and Graphic 45.

This weekend was our Scrapp'n Sampler and we made a home decor project. Everyone including my teachers. We learned how fun it was to emboss on canvas, mix different prints, color with Copic Markers, make a bird's nest to create an amazing work of art!

Thanks all for coming we enjoyed having you and look forward to having you again.

This was created by Carol Brown our Cricut specialist. She teaches the basics as well as the Gypsy and more. It is great fun having hear and all her knowledge at our Cricut Crops.

Mom created this canvas and of coarse she used her 6 generations picture. Mom teaches Generation and Millie Q.

This one was created by Blanca. She teaches a card class that we call Cardnifique! Her are has a simple elegance and are super fun to make.
This was done by Margene and she teaches three classes her at Scrapp'n Savvy - NYOBC from Pine Cone Press, Kaiser Kreations and Pages - Pizza and Prizes!
Leslie Created this one and she chose to use pink instead of brown paint. Looks wonderful Leslie. She teaches Fast Fun and Done and helps a ton with Friday night P.J. Crops

Debra our Copic specialist created this canvas. She teaches Copic Concepts, Copic Cards as well as a stamping technique class called "Stamped with Love"

Susan made this one and I how she added the metal tag. She is our Swap hostess.

Audrey totally stepped out of the box with hers and I love it! She even sewed on each chipboard block. She teaches "Every Day Layout" Great work Audrey! Thanks for being so unique

This one was mine and the one they all had to use for their inspiration. I love how each and everyone of you creative people took this project and made it your own. The creative energy was amazing here at Scrapp'n Savvy all weekend and it was delightful!

I asked everyone to share their project when they got done so I could post them with all of you. here are a few I have already received! They are awesome! I hope to receive many more so I can share them with you as well.

Good evening Karrie,

This is my finished project.
The photo is of me and my mom in 1999. Mom passed away 2 years ago, and I have her piano. This is the perfect piece to sit on top of the piano.
Looking forward to more classes!
Thanks for the opportunity,

Weekly Layout by Karrie

Even though it was a "workation", we still had time to play. It was fun watching my children teach their children the pure joy of a swimming pool

These pictures will be perfect for this layout I created for this weeks Weekly Layout.

That is as soon as I get them printed . . . hehehehehe! It seems I am better at taking them then printing them.

Happy Birthday Mom! I love you! Hurry home. . .You are missed!

Work-ation

You may ask what is a "workation" Well I think this is a made up word by my Douglas. They think vacation means work! I guess we spent to many school breaks painting, remodeling, build fences, gardening, etc... They are now grown men, husbands and fathers and live in different states yet their mom still begs for help. I am so proud and happy that they are my boys and are willing to help me. It was so fun seeing them work together with their grandfather. These very important men in my life are building that "playhouse" promised to me by Santa Clause so many years ago. This my friends is worth the wait.

One brick at a time we will build this "playhouse" so all who needs a place to be inspire and create will have a place to play.

Here my boys are building the south wall. Soon we will have bedrooms! Yeah!

Thanks for a wonderful "Workation" boys! I love you so much!! And thanks for the beautiful wall! WHoot - WHOOT!

What an exciting time in the life of a student, his parents and all who helped them in their journey. Truly an event worthy to be preserved. Millie designed this graduation layout to help all who want to record these special memories. This year I have a two sons graduating. One is finishing high to begin his journey in the adult world and my oldest son finished his second masters and is teaching high school science.

It has been a great week spending time with my children and grand children.

This week is Lickety Slip week - WHOOT WHOOT! Happy Scrapp'n girls
